Warranty:
Upholstery (Leather, fabric and vinyl (PVC)) products are warranted against tearing and splitting for a period of one year. This does not cover fading or damage due to use of chemical after-treatments or improper cleaning. Use of chemical after-treatments or improper cleaning invalidates the warranty.
Recliner Mechanisms: Recliner mechanisms are warranted against mechanical defects for 5 years.
Spring & Spring System: Springs and spring system are warranted against being loosened or snapped for 5 years.
Upholstery: Upholstery products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year.
Wooden Frames: Wooden frames are warranted against breakage for 3 years under normal household use.
Cushioning: Cushions are warranted for a period of 1 year against collapse. Loss of foam resiliency should not be confused with softening, which results from normal use.
Electric Components: Electrical components are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for 1 year under normal use.
These warranties do not extend to physical damage to products or parts resulting from: Alternation, repair, modification, faulty installation or service. Damage caused by accident, abuse, moving or natural disaster.
