Returns

Projection Guys wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Because of that, we offer a 10 day return policy from the day an item ships. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us and let us help. If we can't resolve the issue, the item can be returned to us minus the actual shipping costs and a 10% Restocking fee.

To file a return claim, please call us at (888) 276-0696 during normal business hours.

Some items like screens and special order items may not be returnable or carry a higher restock fee. To know if the product you are ordering does carry a higher restock fee or is returnable, please call us at 877-550-7718 before you order.

Warranty Issues

In the rare occasion that you do have an issue with a product you purchase from us, it is usually covered under a manufacturer's warranty. We are more then happy to assist you and the manufacturer in getting the issue resolved. Please note, that because of how warranty support issues are handled with a manufacturer, we cannot accept a product back that is in the process of getting repaired or that is not working properly.

Rebates

Some projectors carry a rebate that is honored from the manufacturer.

Pricing Policy

Projection Guys reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the site. Orders may be cancelled due to incorrect pricing.

Shipping Policy

In stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours. However, we can never guarantee shipments by a certain date or time. If you have any questions about when something is needed by, please contact us and we will try to acomodate your requests as best as we can.
